Nope...firstly, what u r refering to is RPC over HTTP. It's a way for
Outlook 2003 to operation in full exchange mode over an unstable connection
using the HTTP protocol instead of the normal RPC as RPC assumes a stable
connection and don't work well in an unstable environment. That is for
Outlook 2003.
What I was talking about is the new feature built into Exchange 2003
previously sold as a separate product.
What it does is to use the OWA services to perform ActiveSync with the
Exchange server but only for the Inbox, Calendar and Contacts. Nothing else
is needed as long as the PDA can reach the OWA server. (except, of course,
ur admin needs to enable the feature.)
