I’m not sure if you should use this but reg-king alows you to make ie appear
as version 6.0 rather than 3.1, so I can now go to the regular hotmail page
without being redirected. this could work for you.

I have a Toshiba e800 with windows mobile second edition, and it has a high
resolution screen of 640 by 480, as well as the ability to view in landscape
mode. Most pages i have viewed on this device view extremly well and it
would be nice if i could read from the msdn web site the same content as on
my desktop computer.
