I don't know how useful this is, but the way I have done this at work
(supporting clients) is this:
*if* I can describe it in words. . .
Hold the Pocket PC with the screen up - screen will be under my palm. Thumb
around one side, ring finger and pinky finger around the other side. Now -
my index finger and middle finger naturally hover over the outside two
buttons - I press them both at the same time, and then simply use the stylus
and push the reset button with my other hand.
This seems to work in either hand (ambidextrously weird I guess) so should
be able to be done by left or right handers.
Works fine for me anyway. And now, back to your regularly scheduled
newsgroup.
