Dell Axim Built In Storage

I have a Dell Axim X5 upgraded to Windows Mobile 2003.

My built in storage show a wierd figure

RIght now, It shows the following:

Total: 21.33MB
In Use: -8023.21
Free: 8044.54

When you look at this the total is 21.33 but I don't know
how much is in use or free. Dell's answer was do a hard
reset and start over but it doesn't hurt functionality.
Anybody have a solution?
