iPAQ 5450 has Intel X-Scale PXA250 processor and iPAQ 2210 has PXA255 - both
running at 400MHz. But PXA255 is much faster. The PXA250 is so slow that
even old devices with StrongARM 206MHz CPU have better performance.
Unfortunately the only way to speed your device up is to use some software
which will overclock the CPU. But the battery life will hurt then.
