You can't restore a backup from an older ROM. that is your problem. It
would be like backing up Windows XP, reformatting the hard drive,
installing XP, then SP1 then trying to restore the pre-SP1 backup.
Won't work. I am 99% sure the ROM upgrade "Readme" file says not to
use previous backups after upgrading the ROM.
