I've been using it for several months with Dell Axim X5 300Mhz Pocket PC.
When I bought it, I also tested it with IBM X20 Laptop that has a
CompactFlash slot and it was working fine. No drivers needed for both laptop
and Pocket PC. It is detected as COM port.
I use Routis 2004 and the GPSInfo app that came with the GPS receiver to
test if it is working from the Pocket PC and tested it with various GPS
software on the laptop and it no longer works.
This is my favorite gadget and I took very good care of it, but it just
stopped working. I just hope to get good customer support from GlobalSat. I
expect these devices to last a few years, not a few months.
In comparison, Leadtek 9534 Compact Flash Card GPS receiver has a 1 year
warranty.
