As far a customer service goes with Softmaker, I've had nothing but
excellent experiences with them. I think they go out of their way to treat
people right, but they are a business and do need to make $$ in order to
survive.

 In their defense, this is beta software and is being provided as a use at
your own risk. Ever since downloading the beta for the first time, I've
always had it upand running. Yes, I might have had to upgrade builds, but
it's been up.

I've got money waiting for them when this thing goes gold!!
