Well, you have two people reporting the same or similar lost of data in your
own site.

I have one user and one beta tester reporting the same problem. In both my
cases, they changed the registry to have the temp files (one the PIE and the
other user was the Inbox Attachments) in their SD cards. As you may know
once you change those keys all you need to do is a soft reset and the OS
creates those new folders for you. Well the OS did not create the folders
but reformated the SD Card. I beleive that the problem is that the OS have
tried to create those folders when the SD Card was not initialized yet or
properly.
