When you insert a Storage Card that contains an auto-run application into a
device (Smartphone or Pocket PC), not only it runs the auto-run app (that's
normal), but it also somehow copy this auto-run .exe file somewhere in the
device RAM (or flash, in case of Smartphone).
Then, everytime you soft-reset the device (Or cycle the power in case of
Smartphone), this auto-run app will start again, even though there is no
Storage Card in the device.
Has anyone noticed that ? It is soooo ennoying!
and I have no idea where the auto-run gets copied in the device. I looked
and couldn't find. If I knew, at least I would be able to remove it
manually.
Is that already in the knowledge database ?
