dll question

Hope someone can help.....
I had a problem with my sandsik sdio wifi card so i removed the sandisk
software
drivers (or so i thought) .when i go to reinstall the software, i get an
error installing the pegassdn.dll. tried to delete the file but it won't let
me, i'm guessing it's still loaded into memory. Is the anyway of stopping a
dll thats running in pocketpc 2002?
