It's actually a good question! Why should the data disapear if the PPC runs
out of juice?! I mean - with flash memory-cards availaable everywhere - why
don't they just switch the 64 MB internal (and outdated) RAM for a nice
built in 64 MB flash card, that DOESN'T lose everything if not powered. It
would probably be cheaper than the ram, and a pretty good sales pitch:
"Don't loose everything if you happen to go out without your charger!". Plus
it would cut down the battery usage, if the battery doesn't have to keep the
ram powered 24/7.
Beats me...
