Nope Sven... you are quite wrong. Windows CE PDAs can actualy run Palm OS
apps :)

You just need an emulator + ROM of Palm PDA. There is one and old app but
for some older Palm OS apps it would be enough. Just type "Palm OS emulator
Pocket PC" or better "PocketPalm" in Google ... there are lots of hits :D

There even is POS emulator for Linux PDAs :)
