Zdravko, the correct guide to connect your MDAII through ActiveSync is this:
http://www.geekzone.co.nz/content.asp?contentid=2417 and you don't need a
dial-up for that.

Once connected you'll be able to use File Explorer on your computer to "see"
your device, like this:

You don't really need to install anything to have it working. All you need
is in your Pocket PC now. Have a look in the link above and you'll see where
are the programs you need.
