How do I identify the type of partnership that the PDA has with each PC?

Why did I specify that I am syncing 2 computers - the issue isn't in getting
the pda to sync with one pc, it does that just fine. However, I do wish to
have the same data at home as I have in the office, hence the setup.

Any help appreciated.
