What service are you using? In my case, it's Best Buy. When I figured out
what was happening, after spending $40 on songs, I contacted their tech
support. They explained that, beyond burning a CD and playing the track on
your desktop, their service is only compatable with a limited number of
DMPs. They also explained that there was security built into the file that
will not allow you to convert it to an mp3 player. Someone needs to make a
wma SD card for PPCs. I'd buy it if to would allow me to use one card with
my DMP and my PPC.

I know there a lot of people that don't like Digital Passport, but it makes
owning an ebook so much easier than these stupid wma files.
