For me, Theme Generator works fine. I know how to install the .tsk files
manually, so that wasn't the issue. The only trouble I am having with it is
that while it lets me design the pic, it isn't letting me change the color
of the top and bottom bars of the screen. It seems to show an option for
doing that, I choose the colors, and it gives me Windows standard anyway.
