Basically the same Codecs as the desktop version ASF, WMV and AVI.

Depending on what version of PPC200X you are running you may have some
additional features like if you upgraded to the 2003 OS you will have
smoother vidoe rendering and Windows Media 9 support for Audio, Video,
Image (Plus! Photo Story) and Voice formats.

There several third party apps that support more video formats. A search
on Handango or Pocketgear will bring them up depending on what video
format you are looking at viewing on your PPC.

A good free one is PocketTV (www.pockettv.com).
