Opening them up again in the normal fashion (clicking their icon) will
bring them back to the front. Otherwise, there are several third
party programs that give task manager abilities. Wisbar, Pocket plus,
even omega one's battery pack IIRC, just to name a couple. Some are
freeware, some are pay programs. Each has their own bells and
whistles, but handle the main task switching abilities, as well as
giving you the option to do a true "close program" when you close a
program, rather than doing a minimize.
