Hello all -

I have a client that has 30 Windows Mobile 5.0 devices that I have setup
with a .net app, with a SQL 2005 Compact Edition database. I would like to
use replication to take the data collected on the PDA, and send it to a SQL
Server 2005 database without having to plug the PDA's into a pc, and without
the use of ActiveSync. Is this possible? Could anyone point me in the right
direction of a sample or tutorial I could read through?

I know of no easy way or tutorial. No app on a Windows PDA can
manipulate "desktops" much. We app on the "desktop" that monitors a
folder. And then we use ftp client software on the handheld and an ftp
server on the "desktop" to transfer files back and forth to that
folder. Another method would be to "share" that folder and then use
standard file routines.

Thanks a bunch for your help.
