I have a Dell Axim X51v with the Odyssey client in it. This client supports
WPA-PSK, I think. You might go to the web site or do a search on the
internet for more information on it.

| Dear all,
|
| I have a Dell Axim X30 running Windows Mobile 2003 second edition.
|
| I have a home wireless network with WPA(1) encryption using WPA-PSK to
authenticate. I have two laptops working fine on this network.
|
| I am trying to get the Dell Axim X30 PDA to work on this network. There
are two clients, Dell WLAN Utility and Odyssey Client.
|
| I have tried configuring wireless through both clients, but neither appear
to be able to find my wireless network, although other networks appear in
the list, indicating that wireless is listening. Additionally, the Dell WLAN
utility keep insiting that I need a certificate to access my WLAN. I do not
require one for either laptop both of which work simply be supplying the
long passkey. I do not advertise my network SSID, and i'm using
infrastructure mode.
|
| Do I need a different client or driver or something?
