I have just received my Dell Axim x51v and I cannot figure out how to
download programs. Do I first have to download a program to my desktop

then put the program on my Axim with ActiveSync? I have been trying to

a place to download Flash Player but the file format is for Developers

Sorry to say that i have not down loaded any programs yet.
i would first down load it to my computer, run the set up program and
then place the program in my pda programs folder.
