That is almost what I use, pretty much out of the box on Windows Mobile 5, except mine is WiFi access, not wired.
In work: WiFi onto the local LAN. Connect to the Exchange server across the internal network. Sync to Exchange as required. Or plug into USB sync to the laptop that is wired onto the LAN and sync to Outlook.
At home: WiFi to my broadband router. This connects out to the Internet for direct browsing. Also using EAS I can sync over the Internet to the Exchange server.
My usage: I just click the "turn flight mode off" to get the WiFi working, whether at home or at work. In 5 seconds at home or about 10 at work (extra security at work!) I am connected and can press ActiveSync Sync to get my e-mails.
The setup within the company:: Following the standard Microsoft guides, using ISA Server as the front end firewall, using the same address for the server, whether on the inside or outside of the company. Also, this is the same address that OWA (Outlook Web Access) uses, and the same https paths through the firewall.

Hi
Using an windows mobile 5
Here is what I need to do:
When at work, I want to connect to our wireless access point to gain access to our LAN and download email from the LAN exchange server and browse the internet through a the LAN proxy server. When travelling away from the office, I want to VPN into our office and download email and either browse through the same proxy server to the internet or browse directly to the internet bypassing the VPN
Can someone please tell me how to setup windows mobile to do this??
Thanks in advance
