Re: Swapping files on Lan with ppc?

Not directly... See this recent thread for a discussion. Even though it
talks about an adhoc data link it still pertains...

Hi, I have a HP HX4700 ppc. My router is a wireless Netgear, Rangemax
WPN824.
I have no problem connecting to the internet with my ppc but I would like
to
be able to swap files etc over the LAN.
Is it possible to use the ppc as another computer on the LAN?

If so, I would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the
general
direction of setting it up as I am scratching my head at the moment.

I guess it's just a matter of settings on each machine but where do you
start?

Thanks
Sky
