With my WM 2003 OS device I configure the Connection Manager for "Work" and
leave it at that...

Modify as needed for your version of the OS on your device...

Thanks for the reply...guess I'm still confused...my setup on my PPC is
set to Connects To Work but I access the Internet thru my wireless
router which uses a dotted address.
