It sounds like your company use a proxy server.

If you can get the details of the proxy, enter this in the Connections area
of the Settings section. As soon as this is entered, you should be able to
browse.

If there is no proxy server, check that all the correct IP details have been
picked up by your device. In some cases, the device will appear to connect
but not get an IP address. In this scenario you will have to manually assign
an address - see your IT guys for the correct settings.
