Are you trying to use WEP? If so, disable WEP on both the Belkin adapter and
the 4150. See if you can connect without encryption. I presume ICS is setup
and running on the XP box and the SP2 firewall is disabled on the Belkin
adapter interface.
Download vxUtil and vxIPConfig to help troubleshoot this...
