Nokia 6600 and serial connection with bluetooth

I can not connect using bluetooth dongle to my pc. I have the pcsuite for
nokia installed and the send and revieve work as well as using my phone for a
modem but i cannot get a serial connection to work. I have also used the
widcomm drivers and the same problem occurs. I have turned of windows and
symnatic firewall and this doesnt work either
