Tuan,
Assuming that you did a real hard reset. That you had to go through the
screen recalibration again, and you are still not seeing a Wi-Fi signal when
you are at a known hotspot. My best guess is your device is defective, and
will need to be returned (repaired). Their are three radios on your device,
a Bluetooth radio, a Cellular radio, and a Wi-Fi radio. I believe your Wi-Fi
radio has died.

Ok that is also based on the assumption that you have not been loading other
ROMs on your device as well.
