O2 XDA IIi and wifi problem

Hi
I just purchased an O2 XDA IIi in UK and return to my
country Vietnam. the first time i used the device at a
hotspot. It seem goods. It detect wifi signal immediately
and run smoothly for 2 hours. Then suddenly it stops and
until now the wifi function seem at faultly.
For information, I witness the following:
- the device can not automatically detect wifi signal at a
hotspot. If i click button "WLAN" in Wireless Manager
Screen, then it prompt the searching but found nothing,
under this button saying "no connection in use"
- in Wireless Lan Manager, box status always show:
"Wireless Lan OFF". I check and see that there is no option
in this screen to turn on wifi.
- I tried at almost hotspot in my towns but result as the same
- bluetooth function is good
- If I tried to turn on flight mode (turn off the phone)
and taping the icons to turn on bluetooth and wireless Lan
then it failed and prompted: "please turn off the flight
mode first"
- Already tried soft reset, hard reset but the problem
remains unchanged
- until now the phone is still locked, i am still waiting
unlatching code sent from O2.
So given information as above, please kindly help me to
check what is the problem and how to solve this, how can i
use wifi as normal? does the problem relate to radio signal?
