I work at a small company where we have one main e-mail account (POP)
that around 10 people check regularly. Recently bought an iPaq Hx4700
running Windows Mobile 2003SE and began using pocket outlook but I
can't seem to find the "leave a copy of messages on the server" check
box we always use for outlook on the PC. This presents a big problem
because as far as I know, 64MB of main memory is not a lot, and I'd
like to delete and empty my recycling bin in pocket outlook to free up
memory to run other apps, but if I do so, the messages gets removed
from the server, and my co-workers won't be able to see the e-mail.
Why was such simple yet essential funtionality left out? Is there a
work around for this problem? Any suggestions are welcome, thanks.
