Popups on Windows Mobile 2003 2nd Ed. IE

    I'm using Windows Mobile 2003 2nd Ed. (4.21.1088 build 14049) on a Dell Axim
    X30 at 624MHz. I've managed, somehow, more by luck than any skill, managed
    to get it to work with my wireless router connected to my DSL line. Internet
    Explorer works fine except there are a few websites where I need popups to be
    allowed to use some features. The IE software with this release of Windows
    Mobile OS automatically blocks popups and I can't for the life of me figure
    out how to stop it from blocking them. I'm guessing it is something
    incredibly simple and that I'm probably overthinking the problem and its
    solution. Does anybody know how to change this?
