    Thanks for the suggestion, but on the W2K3/SBS server there is no "Use
    Simple File Sharing" option, which would seem to make sense since it would
    go against other security settings, for a domain, when controlling user
    access.

    However, I did look at an XP client, and the "Use Simple File Sharing"
    option was available and "selected", AND I could connect to the XP client
    from the Pocket PC without a problem. I then "unselected" the option and
    still could connect to the XP client without any issues. No difference in
    connecting to XP with the option on or off.
