iPaq 5450 and WLAN

i have an iPaq 5450 and when I go to the WLAN manager, I can see my network
(Belkin 54g) and my iPaq is given an IP Address. however, when i try to
browse the web, i get "Page not found" error. I am very new to this and
would appreciate any help.

is there additional software/settings that need to be modified.

btw...i am running pocketpc 2002 (03 upgrade is in the mail). i have
upgraded the BIOS, the WLAN firmware and the WLAN drivers.
