I don't know about this personally but have a friend who frequents Flying-J
stops quite often on her travels and has been accessing from them, first
wired then as wireless from her laptop for a number of years.

She seems quite pleased with the travelling access.

I've stopped myself in the Flying-J which is on the way back to visit my
parents for a 'rest stop' and noticed subscription rates posted that ranged
from a single stop 'daily' rate all the way through their 'best deal' of an
annual rate. If memory serves the annual rate was a bit over $100. If you
do indeed do a fair amount of traveling that might be the option to choose.
I seem to recall they had several possible configurations.

You might also look into a T-Mobile account which would get you access at
Starbucks coffee shops as well as some local airports and other hotspots.
I'd personally find a Starbucks a more pleasant hangout than a truckstop.
They serve better coffee and pastries and they're just about as widely
dispersed.
