Hi - Like many others, I am having trouble using ActiveSync via WiFi..
I have printed out & followed the excellent web guides at the
    following -

    Windows Mobile 2003 ActiveSync Configuration
for 802.11b and Ethernet networks -
    http://members.cox.net/ajarvi/WM2003/ActiveSync/WM2003ActiveSyncConfiguration.html

The Windows Mobile 2003 Connection Manager -
    http://members.cox.net/ajarvi/WM2003/Connection_Manager/ConnectionManager.html

When I try to sync via WiFi, I can see the PPC trying to connect to my
desktop and then I get an error message - "VPN Server problems.
Verify username and password, then try again". What Username and
Password should I be using? The box that I sync with is a WinXP HE
box. My adminstrator account is the only account on the box and that
one does not seem to work. I do not have any file sharing enabled on
this box, so there are no share names or passwords.

My network is switched with one leg going to an Access Point - 128bit
WEP enabled. I have no problems on the PPC getting to the Internet
and/or syncing via USB cable. I am unable to see my PPC (a Toshiba
E800) when browsing the network, but am able to ping it by name.

    Thoughts/Suggestions?

    TIA - Tom
