    Hi,

Well, I did all you said, even a hard reset and
    downloaded the software by recommended.

The pocket pc is now connecting to the Toshiba wirelessly
and it allows me to explore the Toshiba's hard disk, just
as in wired network. I can even surf the Internet from
the Pocket PC AS LONG AS it is in the cradle and
connected via USB to the Toshiba. The moment I remove it
from the cradle I am no longer able to use the Internet
Explorer to visit web sites. Also, I am still unable to
ActiveSync wirelessly, but I think if we solve one of
these 2 remaining problems the other will be solved as
well. My hypothesis is that when cradled, there is
positive Authentication and therefore ActiveSyncing and
Internet exploring is enabled. When removed from the
cradle, it seems the Toshiba no longer trusts the Pocket
PC - perhaps because there is no authentication....

Does it sound logical to you?
    What should I do next?

Thank you very much, you have been extremely helpful!!
    Juan Dent
