If you use vxIPConfig to release your network, does the IP address of your
iPAQ go to 0.0.0.0 and the Default Gateway show a blank value on release?
The DHCP Server will normally show the last server connected to, as well as
the last lease obtained.

 vxUtil will also normally show the last values obtain for Default Gateway
as well. Only showing a 0.0.0.0 for the IP address to indicate the adapter
is released.
