Ipaq 3955 WPC11

Okay, does anyone have any source for drivers for this configuration:

Ipaq 3955 with PC Card expansion pack
Pocket PC 2003 CE Version 4.2
WPC11 Ver 4

I have tried the drivers listed at http://www.stumbler.net/index.php?cat=4

I get no insertion response to the card.
