More than likely you have a configuration issue with ActiveSync. On the PocketPC go to "Start ->
ActiveSync -> Tools -> Options -> Mobile Schedule" and make sure the pull-downs are configured for
"Manually". Then make sure the "Use mobile schedule to sync with this PC" checkbox is UNCHECKED in
the "ActiveSync -> Tools -> Options -> PC" window. Those are illustrated here...
