OWA via WM5

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Situation:
I am running sbs2003 and exchange 2003 on one sever and use active sync to
connect. I now need to access email on another exchange server. I have tried
using OWA through IE to connect with this second exchange server but FAIL
only on the WM5 device; I can connect fine using a PC. The error that I
receive is an
Error code: 500 internal server error. The data area passed to a system is
too small (122)
I just installed Opera 9.51B1 and connect to OWA fine.

Any suggestions on an action to take to make IE work?
