Problem with contacts

When I save contacts on my PC at home I save the with first name then last
name. (Not the norm I know but works best for me and the family). When I add
a contact on my WM5 it by default saves them as last name then first name.
Then when I go looking for someone and search buy their first name it
doesn't show up. Any suggestions??

If it matters I am using an i-Mate JasJam
