Correct. I totally different network segment.
The device is connected to the network through the USB port, with the mobile device proising the IP address details to the PC.
This is deliberately kept separate from any local area network you might be running elsewhere in your environment.

Obviously, the device is working on different segment of network against my local network of 192.168.0.1/254. How can both the Windows Mobile device and my pc connected thru?

The DHCP server is on the device.
The connection is working correctly.

It is 10 MHz speed and the ip is 169.254.2.2, subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 and the default gateway is 169.254.2.1. It is marked from DHCP server. What is this and where is the DHCP server? Is it working correctly?
Thanks,
