samsung i730 from verizon with old version of IE (4.0)

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

When I got my phone last summer, I 'assumed' it would have the current
software (silly me!) - well, I'm still searching for an updated version of
IE - is there anywhere out there I can get an upgrade ????

And while I'm looking, I'd like to find a version of Outlook that is
compatible with this phone.....
