Trying to Install Co-Pilot 6 Live to MDA Vario.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Trying desperately to install Co-Pilot6 Live on to my new MDA Vario.
Succeeded two days ago, turned phone off and went to bed. When I got up but tried to run the program and was told
"Unable to open copilot. Please make sure that the memory card is inserted or that the data has been properly downloaded"

I installed off of the CD so that I could use the PC bits as well.
Have tried de-installing and re-installing, using the Mini-SD Card, downloading from the Net to no avail.

Any saint out there who may know a setting that I have to get at to tell it where the software is that it loaded!
