Biggest Problems with WM5 IMHO

There are thousands of posts with WM 2003 requesting a hack to make the
sound of the ringer always loud even if you adjust the speaker volume.
Still no solution for this ringer situation - a shame since my free cell
phone had this feature. They have a volume setting for all sounds, and one
for the phone. They should make a third level -for the phone - or a nice
dropdown for it - Office, car, movie and you could customize all three.
The battery indicator on mine is a little tiny icon in the bottom corner of
my screen - they should have a nice line across the top like SPB POCKET PLUS
Lack of customization of the today screen. I would like to make lots of
shortcuts on my today screen for frequently used programs - once again see
SPB Pocket Plus
Start menu - still limited to just a few menu programs - they should let you
truly customize it so it is as many as you could fit on the drop down start
menu.
Shortcuts are a pain in the *** to make (or just as likely I don't know the
best way to do it)
I can't do a search from my PC through my PPC like I could any other
external storage - also a lack of details available from the PC.
I'm not sure if it is an issue with my phone PPC 6700 that is hardware
related or OS related but access to my storage card from the PC through the
PPC is SLOW - if I hook it directly into a reader it is fast.
I really like WM 5 but it just seems like these are pretty glaring
omissions.
I believe these could be corrected in a patch that would not need to be
customized for individual hardware.
