One possible problem could be, discovered from researching pocketpcmag
postings, that the Pocket PC cannot negotiate encryption bits. I have a note
out to our IT staff to see if they can set the VPN concentrator to be either
40 bits or 128 bits for encryption. If they can do this, I believe I could
be home free.

Any free vpn clients that can do this negotiation? Any Microsoft patch that
provides this functionality?
