    I have spent a whole week trying to set up this device! I can sometimes get
    a dial-up connection to my ISP and sometimes get a GPRS connection and
    create a VPN to my works firewall. However it is very un-stable..has anyone
    encountered the same problems. I think it may be poor or inconsistent signal
    strength ? Also when I manage to get a teleworker VPN session to my Firewall
    there is nothing I can do, cant ping cant map a drive to a local sub net, is
    there any third party or Microsoft software that might help?

    I notice that the Software is:- Microsoft PC Version 4.20.0 (Build
    13252).....is this Windows Mobile 2003 software ??

    I am sure this device is potentially very good but right now I am going back
    to my Nokia 9210i. The M1000 dosnt do fax..any ideas of 3rd party software
    available to allow device to send and receive fax?

    Lots of questions I know, but got to say I am very dissapointed so far !!!
    I down loaded a couple of .exe files for clock software and the inbox
    wouldnt allow me to open them. Saved them to my personal folder and still
    couldnt open them. Any ideas of settings I am missing?
