The process is fairly easy using the bootloader mode an SD card, card
reader, and XDA Tools, which you can find here:

Since you are a customer of T-Mobile you can download T-Mobiles upgrade.
Once you have it, unzip it. Then using XDA tools navigate to the folder
which was just unpacked, choose the NK.nbf file as the source file and your
SD card drive as the destination. Once it is all transferred to the card put
it in the XDA and enter the bootloader mode by pushing the power button and
reseting, then push the center of the Dpad and it will flash the ROM. When
done do a hard rest and you should be good to go.
