I have it on very good authority that MS only recently (last week) went
gold on 2003 for domestic PocketPCs. I was kind of hoping that'd mean T-
Mobile would have it out in a day or two, but apparently they need some
time to test/configure it for their phones. I have zero idea how long
this usually takes.
